Thanks for making a site for this. I’d be happy to be a part of the Adventures in Polyphasic Sleeping. I’m a month into it, but still transitioning. Your pingback link gave me some extra motivation for the switch and some great links to other Polyphasers. I am open to suggestions from you or anyone else on my site’s content. If there’s anything I can help with Adventures in Polyphasic Sleeping, let me know.

Hi Nathan!

Great to hear from you. It’s encouraging to see people wanting to be a part of a polyphasic community.

Your polyphasic posts should be showing up at the following feed:

So all you need to really do is keep writing polyphasic blog posts, so the feed has interesting and quality content from you and others that will attract more polyphasic bloggers.

If you want to, you can also add the the following link to the end of your polyphasic blog posts, so people can be directed to the list of current polyphasic bloggers.

Here’s an example of the link at the end of this blog post:

If you have any other suggestions on how to create a community of polyphasic bloggers, I’m all ears.

Here is the name and blog of a former polyphasic blogger who’s main reason for trying it was because Buckminster Fuller did it. I can’t figure if he’s still doing it or not and haven’t fully explored his site yet:

Thanks for the link. I checked out his site, and it looks like his last post was in 2007. I put him on the list of past polyphasic bloggers which can be found here:
