If I have a talent, I need to share it. That’s the only way I know how to live. I share my talent out of love. Love for the talent and love for the person I’m sharing it with. I believe anyone can be a hero simply by doing things they love, and I dedicate my life to show you how.

If I could, I’d do everything anonymously. However, my identity needs to be known for certain things. For example, if I fix someone’s computer for them, I have to go to their place and do it. They’ll obviously see who I am unless I find some practical way to mask myself. In those situations, some people feel the need to show their appreciation (even though it is not required) just as I have the need to share my talent of fixing computers.

For those people, here are some easy ways to show your appreciation. They are ordered by preference and you are more than welcome to do none of these things or all of these things.

  1. Pay it Forward
  2. Dedicate Works to the Public Domain
  3. Refer a Friend
  4. Write a Testimonial
  5. Subscribe to Blog
  6. Share a Blog Post
  7. Barter
  8. Give a Wishlist Item
  9. Give a Monetary Gift

Pay it Forward:
For the uninitiated, “Pay it Forward” means instead of paying someone back for receiving a good or service, you offer a good or service to someone else in need without wanting something in return. You can read more about it here. Is the world ready for random acts of kindness? I’ll soon find out.

Dedicate Works to the Public Domain:
If you don’t know what the public domain is click here.

Refer a Friend:
I love sharing my talents with new people, so refer a friend if and only if you think I did an amazing job. They can contact me here.

Write a Testimonial or Thank You:
If you have no friends who would benefit from my talents, the next best thing to do is write a testimonial or thank you. It’s something you can do once whose influence is ongoing for anyone who reads it. If you have a blog, you can write a testimonial or thank you as one of your posts. If you don’t have a site, you can write a testimonial or thank you by emailing, leaving a comment on this page, or handwriting one. Here are some examples.

Subscribe to Blog:
Everything I put on this blog is meant to be seen. That is why I release it to the public domain instead of using copyright. Feel free to use the information on this site for whatever you please. When you subscribe, you will be notified of any new posts on my blog. You can subscribe 2 ways which are both free. You can subscribe by email by clicking here, or you can subscribe via feed reader by clicking here.

The following image shows how many subscribers I have. When I see it go up, it really helps for motivation.

Share a Blog Post:
If you find one of my posts to be of value to you, I’d love for you to share it with people who’d be interested. You can share a blog post by linking to it via email, facebook, twitter, etc…

If you have a special gift or talent that you’d like to share, let me know. One thing that I like just as much as sharing my own talents is when others share theirs with me.

Give a Wishlist Item:
If you’re in a gift giving mood, you can give me a wishlist item. Click here to see what I’m interested in.

Give a Monetary Gift:
I’ve decided to no longer work for money, so I’ll never charge anyone for doing something for them. However, I will graciously accept monetary gifts if offered. I don’t have a bank account, so I can only accept cash or prepaid gift cards.

You can also donate money to my daughter instead of me by clicking the “donate” button below.

There are only 10 types of people in this world…those that understand binary and those that don’t.. =)

  6. I can’t necessarily call myself a computer wizard. I bought my first computer blindly, ended up spending about 3,000 for a dell which I added all these features i had no idea to use. Until one day, my computer was slow, pop-ups everywhere, to top that my McAfee virus scan thing expired so that opened up more windows for viruses.

Just by seconds on my computer, you already surprised me by putting all my pictures in a program i had no idea existed. This was the day i learned PICASA! I had most of my pictures scattered in different folders, and if i wanted to view them I’d have to open each one.

Soon after I grew an attraction to editing software for pictures and video. I wanted to get a new computer since the one i had was so outdated.

I had no idea where to start. After all the first time i bought a computer I ended up spending triple the amount i should have spent since the main reason why i bought it was to surf the web and do homework.

This time i knew i had some things in mind. I wanted something light, sleek, and could have capabilities of editing software and video. I purchased my first MACBOOK. LIke all the PC girls, i was hesitant. I refused to want to learn something new. Boy was i wrong. Once you go mac, YOU NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Using a Mac was unbelievably easy that my 3 year old daughter can use to play her online games on Nick Jr and PBS kids. I decided to go back to the computer doctor.

He set up EVERYTHING on my computer. From email, book marks, to all my music and pictures and files. Everything that was on my dell was transferred to my Mac. Even as a bonus, he created a separate account for my daughter that had tabs at the top with links to her favorite websites like DORA, Diego, and Disney.

THAT WAS TWO YEARS AGO! Til now, i’ve managed to switch to Mac Desktop. He set up my internet network, printer settings, and even my webpage for my business!!!!

All this for no cost! NO COST AT ALL. Who does that these days. To repay my gratitude I’ve referred customers to him who have also shared my enthusiasm in their newly awaken computers.

I’d have to say that hands down, without you… i’d be lost technically in this world. Jorel, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU..for your continuous support in all my computer problems, for your time and effort you put into personalizing my tools in order to attain my goals!!!! You truly have a GIFT and it’s amazing how many people you’ve helped.

I am in debt to you!
